To anonymous, lovetoeat and all of my other wonderful "lantsleit"out there - your comments and support give me the motivation to continue blogging and working. It is so gratifying to me to be understood and supported in this very special way. I just had to stick in this extra blog this morning....
It's 11 degrees here today (11 below with windchill) and so much time will be spent indoors - don't use it as an excuse to run to the food! It will NOT warm you up (unless it's a big mug of soup) - not physically and not emotionally.
Keep up the good work!!

I use this blog for accountability. Despite the cold weather here in NY, despite the snow, despite the kids acting up, I made it. Three full days of Week #1. I'm still feeling the withdrawal from sugar, but I know it will be gone soon...

Good for you, lovetoeat.
I'm being careful to get my liquid requirements in. This helps with the "hungries".

I checked this blog every day looking for your support. Loving to eat is as bad as bottomless pit. Actually your nickname was an inspiration for mine. I think being aware of our problem will eventually lead to the solution.

Good for you and your liquid requirements. Are you getting all eight?

I have days where I have no problem getting in at least 8 glasses. Those are the days that I am inside most of the day. The days where I am running around doing shopping and other errands, I barely get in 4 glasses for the day. One reason being, the need to be near a bathroom. *lol*
NT also play with their food. They move it around on their plates.
I try to put my fork down between bites and to chew my food well. This way I might actually get to the 20 minutes it takes for my stomach to realize it's being fed! :)
